With the DreamWear masks and the DreamWisp mask from Philips, the CPAP hose connection is at the top. The elbow swivel is the part where you can connect your hose. This elbow is equipped with exhalation holes. During your CPAP therapy, the exhaled air will escape through these holes. Is the elbow damaged or have you lost it? Then it is important to replace it.
