Mesh nebuliser for a fast and effective treatment

With the PARI VELOX membrane nebuliser, you can treat your lower airways quickly and effectively. With 2.5 ml of solution, a treatment takes only 2 to 3 minutes! The mist of small droplets (aerosol) is distributed deep inside the lungs. This German-made portable nebuliser is small and lightweight. The device uses a vibrating membrane technology. The solution passes through a vibrating membrane inside the nebuliser. Then, the aerosol enters the aerosol chamber before you inhale it. The droplet size generated by the VELOX is optimal for treating the lower airways.

Portable nebuliser for at home and on the go

The PARI VELOX has been awarded with a design prize. This portable nebuliser is suitable for home use and is also ideal for on the go. It can be used on mains electricity (with the power adapter) as well as on batteries (3x AA, not included). Because the nebuliser is so small and light (110 grams without batteries and 140 grams with batteries), it’s very suitable to take with you. Take it with you on a trip, to work or to school! A carrying case is included as standard, so that you can safely and hygienically store and transport the VELOX. Furthermore, the device is quiet.

Easy to use

The PARI VELOX is easy to use. When you turn it on with the power button, the green LED of the button turns on and you’ll hear an audible signal. During the treatment, it’s important to sit upright and breathe in and out slowly. Hold the nebuliser horizontally. Does the aerosol stop coming out of the exhalation valve of the mouthpiece? Then the treatment is finished. It’s normal that some residue of the solution will stay in the nebuliser. Do you or your child find it difficult to nebulise through the mouthpiece? Maintenance free and easy to clean

The VELOX is maintenance free. However, you’ll need to clean the various parts after each use. The different parts of the nebuliser and the mouthpiece can be disassembled. Place them in a bowl with warm water and some washing-up liquid for about 5 minutes. Attention: the control unit itself must not be submerged in water! Then rinse the parts under the tap and let them dry. You can find more information in the manual. The manufacturer recommends replacing the spare parts every year. Cleaning the aerosol head with VELOXcare

The VELOXcare cleaning aid guarantees a rapid performance of the VELOX. Thanks to this aid you can clean the pores of the membrane in the nebuliser itself. Place the medication reservoir with the opening facing downwards in the VELOXcare, which you then insert into the control unit. Then pour 2.5 ml of saline solution or distilled water into the VELOXcare and switch on the VELOX device. The green LED of the VELOX lights up and you’ll hear a signal. During the cleaning process, the solution passes through the membrane, thoroughly cleaning the membrane. This takes 5 to 7 minutes. It’s recommended to clean the membrane once a week with the VELOXcare.
