Most important characteristics of the Tender Grip Nasal Cannula Plasters:
- Ideal for applying the nasal cannula on the cheeks for more comfort
- Easy to use
- Hypoallergenic, breathable and moisture-resistant material
For whom are the Tender Grip Nasal Cannula Plasters suitable?
For oxygen users who would like to hold the nasal cannula in place. These are single patient plasters for use by one person (an adult, child or neonate) and can be used multiple times.
Extra comfort when wearing a nasal cannula
Especially at night, the nasal cannula can ‘shift’ when you move during your sleep. The Salter Labs Tender Grip nasal cannula plasters offer a solution! These medical grade plasters are applied to both cheeks. They hold the nasal cannula in place, giving you more wearing comfort. For children and neonates it may be useful to use these plasters continuously, also during the day. The Tender Grips are hypoallergenic and latex free. In principle, you can use them several times. It depends on how oily your skin is and how much you sweat.
Easy to apply plaster
You can easily apply the Tender Grip plasters to the skin, and the nasal cannula is easy to attach to the plaster as well. First of all, we recommend you to attach the nasal cannula to the plaster and then apply the plaster to the cheek.
Gently pull the beige-coloured flap of the transparent sticker. Stop at the halfway point: the sticker should remain attached to the plaster. Then place the nasal cannula on the plaster and fold the transparent sticker back onto the plaster, over the nasal cannula. Remove the white sheet and then apply the plaster (the soft, coloured part) to the cheek. Repeat these steps with the second plaster, which you apply to the other cheek.
