For users of a ResMed AirSense 10, ResMed AirCurve 10 or Lumis machine (not the S9 Lumis Tx) with HumidAir 10 humidifier who would like to find a solution to prevent condensation in the hose.
Due to the difference of temperature between the air in the bedroom and the air in the CPAP hose, condensation can form in the hose, especially in winter or when you use a humidifier. A heated hose like this helps to prevent condensation. Together with the HumidAir 10 humidifier, the ClimateLineAir 10 heated tube uses 'Climate Control'. The heated tube has an integrated temperature sensor, so that the air you breathe in always has a comfortable temperature. The humidity level also automatically adjusts to the ambient air. According to the manufacturer, it's recommended to replace the ClimateLineAir 10 every 6 months.
Please note: Only use the ClimateLineAir 10 in combination with the HumidAir 10 humidifier. Don't use a hose wrap. Would you like to clean the heated tube? Don't use a hose brush.
