A CPAP mask comes into contact with the nose and/or mouth, and therefore with your breathing. For that reason, it’s a 'hygiene product' that can’t be returned once the package seal has been broken. Do you have any doubts about the cushion size you need? You can download a sizing guide for most masks. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Ball-and-socket joint for more freedom of movement
The CARA nasal mask ensures you experience great wearing comfort thanks to the adjustable upper headband and ball-and-socket joint to which you can connect your CPAP hose. Freedom of movement is guaranteed by this 3D joint that can swivel 360 degrees. CARA’s innovative design has certainly not gone unnoticed: the CARA nasal mask has been awarded with a prize.
‘Silent’ mask thanks to perfect air ventilation
The hose connection has air vents for a diffuse removal of excess air during your CPAP therapy. This makes the CARA nasal mask a ‘silent’ mask. Excess air that blows into your face is now a thing of the past.
This nasal mask has a flaw. It can only be used lying down with your face facing the ceiling. I sleep on my side, resting my ear against the nose. The mask presses against my nose, blocking the area where the weight falls, almost completely obstructing one nostril. I've tried tightening the straps more, but it's not possible because it makes breathing more difficult. I'm requesting a refund for this nasal mask.

Thank you for your comment. Since CPAP masks are very individual, unfortunately, not all masks are suitable for everyone. It's also possible that the mask you have isn't the right size. For many of our customers, the full-face mask works well, even when they sleep on their side. We're sorry if this isn't the case for you, but we regretfully cannot accept returns of used masks as they are a medical device.
