For whom is the BMC N5AH Nasal Mask suitable?

For (travelling) CPAP users who want to use humidification during their CPAP therapy, without using a humidification chamber.

A CPAP mask with an integrated condenser humidifier

The BMC N5AH nasal mask is a comfortable CPAP mask with an integrated condenser humidifier. You won’t need ‘active’ humidification with a humidification chamber. A perfect solution if you travel a lot! The N5AH mask offers you effective humidification thanks to ‘Heat and Moist Exchange’ (HME). During your therapy, your breath goes all the way through the condenser humidifier, because the exhalation vents are located behind it. With many other CPAP masks, part of your breath already escapes ‘earlier’ trough the exhalation vents, at the cushion for example.

3 waterless humidifiers and 3 filters are included with the BMC N5AH mask: 2 HU condenser humidifiers and 1 HU-Plus condenser humidifier. The HU version is recommended as standard. HU-Plus is especially helpful at high altitudes: in the mountains, for example. The manufacturer recommends users to replace the humidifier and the filter after 30 nights.

The headgear is made of a soft material, and thanks to the clips, you can easily loosen and fasten it. It is easy to adjust so that it will fit your head perfectly. The CPAP hose connection is incredibly flexible and can rotate 360 degrees. You can connect this mask to any standard CPAP hose.
