The Flow-Ball ULTRA from POWERbreathe is an improved version of the classic Flow-Ball. Like its predecessor, it allows you to train the force of your exhalation. This is also referred to as "expiratory training". You can blow through the handle to keep the ball high. With the Flow-Ball ULTRA, you can choose from no less than 8 resistance levels.

8 different resistance levels

The handle has 2 openings of different sizes. During a training, you can use the Flow-Ball ULTRA as a kind of flute. 2 balls are included: a ping pong ball for a high resistance and a (small) styrofoam ball for a low resistance. This way you can train at 8 different resistance levels and vary between the different exercises. For example, you can blow through the handle, keep the ball in the air as long as possible and catch it again in the pipebowl. Or you can put a bowl on the table and blow the ball into it from a certain distance.
