Our technicians can give your oxygen concentrator a complete check up. This way you are assured the oxygen concentrator gives enough oxygen and you are receiving a proper oxygen therapy. These activities will be carried out:

- Downloading and analysing of diagnostic information (only if possible on the type of concentrator)
- Checking of oxygen purity
- Checking of essential parts
- Cleaning of the concentrator

During the check-up it's possible one of the concentrator parts proves to be faulty. If you bought the concentrator from us and it is still under warranty, we will coordinate the repair without costs. Is the concentrator out of warranty or did you buy it somewhere else? Then you will receive a quotation before repair, after which you can choose to have the concentrator repaired of have it returned to you unrepaired. 

The price of the servicing includes return shipment to you (most EU countries); you have to send the concentrator to us. We could also arrange a pickup with our courier at your address. In both cases please make sure the concentrator is packaged properly! To plan a servicing, contact us.
