Always your nebuliser at hand

With this portable nebuliser from Beurer you can take your medication where and wherever you want. With the 4 AA batteries you can use it for 180 minutes. Are you running low on battery? You can use it on mains power as well.

Fast and quiet operation thanks to mesh technology

This nebuliser utilizes modern mesh technology. This mesh (which is a kind of gauze) can turn liquid medication into a large amount of nebula very quickly. The IH55 does this with high-frequent vibrations and a double membrane. The fast and silent use makes the IH55 very suitable for children as well.

Prescribed medication or a saline solution

A nebuliser is mostly used with medication prescribed by a physician. You can purchase the nebuliser itself without prescription. It can be used with a saline solution as well, for example when you have a cold or allergy. You can make the solution yourself or buy it ready-made.

Self-cleaning function

For your own health it is important to keep the nebuliser clean. After every use you have to clean it with warm water. For a more thorough rinsing, the IH55 has a self-cleaning function. When using this function, (distilled) water with vinegar is drawn out of the opening in the mesh atomiser into the medication container (reverse mode). This will remove medication residue or any blockages completely.

Breathing technique

It is important to use the correct breathing technique to ensure that the particles are distributed as widely as possible across the airways. To ensure that the particles reach your airways and lungs, you must breathe in slowly and deeply, then hold your breath briefly (5 to 10 seconds) and then breathe out quickly.
