_{Cleaning and using the prismaAQUA humidifier}

With your Löwenstein Medical machine, you can heat the water in the humidifier. You can choose from 7 levels. Which level is most suitable depends on the room temperature and the level of humidity. The default level is 4. Do you notice that condensation accumulates inside the hose? Then the heating power may have been set too high. We recommend using a heated hose to reduce condensation.

The prisma20A and prisma20C have smartAQUAcontrol climate control for constant humidification. In this way, the device automatically adjusts the supplied humidification to the current situation. It helps you to protect yourself against a dry respiratory tract!

For hygienic reasons, it’s very important to clean the different parts of the humidifier on a regular basis. In the manual of the prismaAQUA and your CPAP machine you’ll find more detailed cleaning instructions for each part of the humidifier.
