Delivery
Free shipping
In the UK we offer free shipping on orders over 200 € (about 170 £). Since Brexit there are new import rules. Orders below 135 GBP include 20% UK VAT, so you do not have to pay additional VAT when receiving the order.
For orders over 135 GBP the VAT is automatically deducted during checkout, but please note you will have to pay VAT to our courier company upon import.
Delivery times
Are you in a hurry and do you need guaranteed next day delivery? Or would you like to receive your order on a specific day? We are most happy to accommodate you. Please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Safe shipping
We partner with courier services DPD and FedEx and via their websites you can easily track the shipment of your order. A signature on delivery is required. Moreover, the shipment is insured at no extra costs.
Returns
Right of withdrawal period at Oxigo
For products that you buy online you have the right to return them within 14 days after receipt of your order; this is called the right of withdrawal. At Oxigo, you even have 30 days. Would you like to use this right? Then you have to give us notice. You can do so by using this form (pdf). You may also give us a call or send us an email. Please include your order number and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal. After we have confirmed receipt of your notice, you can return the products. You bear the costs of return shipping. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will credit your order.
Return conditions
Because we sell medical devices, the return of our products is subject to restrictions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. You are only liable for the depreciation of goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
